Great little cattle operation and hunting haven! There are 40 acres of woods and 135 acres of cultivation. There is approx 3200' of county road frontage with a Coleman SUD water meter and 2 stock tanks. Electricity has been on the property in the past at an old homesite but isn't currently being used. There are several nicely wooded places to build a home off the road or reuse the previous location close to the county road. There is a nice set of cattle pens with a trap to gather and then work them, with shade for the cattle if you need to leave them overnight. If farming isn't your thing but you'd like a nice place to hunt, then lease the cultivation to a local farmer and let him plant your place in winter wheat...it'll be like one giant food plot!
